Design
With 30 years of experience in producing quality timber joinery products, we work closely with our clients to design and manufacture products which reflect their needs and requirements - transforming dreams into reality where you can touch the quality.
Our dedicated joinery team are happy cater for your individual level of involvement whether you want to leave the design and manufacture in our trusted hands or if you want to have an integral involvement in the design process.
How to proceed
If you are interested in getting a quotation for your project however big or small, contact us today and see below the various options depending on what stage you are at with your project:
1. Call Us or Pop In
Pop in-store or call us on 01788 866943 for an informal chat about your project and how it is best to proceed. Our experienced staff can offer you the advice and guidance you need to proceed.
2. Send Us Your Existing Design
If you have a design of your own or you have architect's or designer's drawings you can email or post the drawings to us to accelerate the design process. We can then provide a quotation based on these drawings.
3. Create a Design from Scratch
If you have a blank canvas then you can either arrange a site visit or measure up and send us the dimensions required and any ideas or inspiration you may have for your bespoke joinery product.
Quotation
Once we have all the information we need we will provide you with a no obligation quotation.
Design Approval and Manufacture
Once you are ready to proceed with the order, formal drawings will produced for your approval and manufacture can commence to suit your project programme.
All of our bespoke timber products are manufactured in our joinery workshop in Rugby, Warwickshire.
Depending on your joinery product, you will have options to choose from including
• Softwood or Hardwood
• Stained, Oiled, Painted or Untreated Finish
• Pressure Double Vac-Vac Protimised Treatment Available
• Glazing Options, if applicable
• Ironmongery Options, if applicable
• Locking Systems, if applicable
Completion and Delivery
Once your bespoke joinery product is completed, delivery or collection can be arranged (unless we are also fitting your product, see below).
Fitting/Installation
Where required we will arrange to fit your timber joinery product(s) working closely with our sister company Symon Construction. Symon's skilled fitters have vast experience in the installation of a wide range of bespoke timber products. We have worked with hundreds of homeowners, businesses and contractors over the last 30 years to make sure everything runs smoothly onsite with your installation.
